The Opportunity
As a Business Systems Associate at Dexus you will sit in the Customer Insights and Initiatives team which enables the business to better understand customers through data and insights. This role is responsible for assisting in the planning, enhancement and training of multiple systems such as leasing management, CRM and Power BI. The Business Systems Associate will help drive the identification of areas for improvement across our systems via stakeholder management, communications, training and feedback sessions and the maintenance and ongoing evolution of process materials relating to systems. Engagement with users is key as well as building relationships with various stakeholders.

You will make an impact by:

  • Key contact for all system users, managing requests for training, system improvements and related support inquiries.
  • Responsible for understanding and helping driving the continuous development of business systems such as; Leasing Management System, Dynamics CRM, PowerBi, Yardi and SharePoint.
  • Develop and maintain training material, user guides and operational documents.
  • Create strong stakeholder engagement and support.
  • Provide clear and regular communication to all users with updates, improvements and identifying system opportunities.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting analytics to management and end users.
  • Monitor and assess compliance of users using information systems.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Change Management, Business or Information Technology discipline.
  • Previous work experience in IT Operations and Training with passion for technology.
  • Strength and experience in training delivery, user support, training guide and user manual material preparation, communication, and analytics.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Property sector experience and understanding of leasing process is desirable.
  • Experience managing a network of stakeholders and working with business partners is essential.
  • High competence in learning new systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills.
