Description:

JOB DETAILS

We are looking for someone who can efficiently and effectively provide various administrative support to Management and Operations Centre personnel.
Your role will provide you with practical training in answering and directing telephone calls, providing customer service, accurately completing data entry, booking meetings, completing stock orders, preparing project documents and other administration duties as required.
Undertaking this 12-month traineeship and BSB30120 Certificate III in Business will give you the opportunity to put theory into practice and gain valuable experience in the workplace to set you up for a successful business career.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Front office reception, answering phones, taking messages and providing customer assistance
  • Assist with administrative tasks and projects as required
  • Assist Service Manager with coordination of jobs and technicians as required
  • Book travel – airline and accommodation
  • Set up and file correspondence for contracts and quotes
  • Perform duties as assigned by supervisor

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for motivated applicants who are committed to completing a formal qualification in Business Administration.

  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Sound computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Have the desire to learn and have a positive attitude
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic, well mannered, adaptable, punctual, and reliable
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen, and Police Check
