About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga
The Business Transformation Analyst is responsible for providing business analysis, system analysis, and testing services to support nib’s strategic objectives, as well as providing operational support as and when required. Key responsibilities include:
- Business process analysis and design (inclusive of documentation & facilitation of workshops);
- Business requirements and acceptance criteria definition;
- Acceptance testing planning and execution;
- Delivering and maintaining accurate high-quality project artefacts; and
- Confirming that solution designs will deliver the expected business benefits to nib Group.
About you | Ko Wai Koe
You will have a successful track record of working on projects that involved close engagement with stakeholders, business process design/redesign, the software development lifecycle, and acceptance testing. You will be an excellent communicator, driven to succeed, receptive to change, and know-how to motivate and inspire others. Your familiarity with and exposure to the life insurance industry is highly desired, as is your experience delivering online sales and service solutions.
