Description:
Infosys Public Services is seeking a Business Transformation Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Winnipeg, Manitoba or be willing to relocate to the area.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/MBA or foreign equivalent. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 13 years of Information Technology experience.

The Business Transformation Lead plays a critical role in driving organizational change and ensuring successful delivery of complex solutions. This position involves coordinating with various teams, managing releases, and aligning strategic initiatives with Agile practices.

Responsibilities:
Implement and execute the responsibilities outlined in the SAFe Solution Train Engineer framework.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across solution trains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Release Management:
- Oversee one or more releases at the solution level.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent releases, considering dependencies and cross-functional impacts.
- Collaborate with Agile Program Managers (APMs) responsible for their Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Shared Service Teams.
Agile Project Management Certification:
- Hold certifications such as PMI, Agile, or Scrum.
- Apply Agile principles and practices to drive efficient project execution.
Industry and Transformation Experience:
- Possess a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and transformational initiatives.
- Leverage this knowledge to drive meaningful change within the organization.
Leadership Skills:
- Capable of managing upwards by effectively communicating with senior leadership.
- Provide guidance and direction to teams reporting to this role.
Integrated Project Plan (IPP):
- Understand and articulate the Integrated Project Plan (IPP).
- Align project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across different workstreams.
- Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) Management:
- Identify and manage RAID items across various streams.
- Incorporate risk mitigation strategies into the IPP.
