Description:

SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of senior management experience
  • Good general business and operational management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the SSC/Outsourcing industry and the HR Function
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work cross functionally/divisionally with other senior managers
  • Solid Project/Program Management experience inclusive of preparing, developing and advancing large change programs through to implementation
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills and experience on senior management level (C-level) in central functions and in DHL divisions
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • High level of enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to take responsibility, target- and result-oriented approach to action
  • High mobility and flexibility in terms of time (international travel)

Responsibilities:

  • Definition of a transformation strategy and business case (BCA) for the HR Services Germany and EMEA in closes alignment of the Global transformation strategy
  • Leadership of the HR Service Transformation Program to foster the strategic direction and to develop the strategy of the Service Line in Europe (Germany & EMEA)
  • Customer and stakeholder management to secure strategical alignment and consensus with
  • Head of HR Services Global and Head of HRS EMEA and respective department heads within HR Services Germany & EMEA
  • Divisional HR Directors in Europe (P&P, DGFF, Express, DSC and eCom) as well as their Senior Management (develop strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with senior business leaders)
  • GBS stakeholder and workers council
  • Implementation of global transformation strategy:
  • Steer delivery of the agreed transformation roadmap and its strategic initiatives and transition projects according to the defined location concept
  • Responsible for overall quality assurance of the program and the transitioned processes (governance model, internal control framework ICF, further company quality standards, KPIs)
  • Lead / monitor Change Management and communication activities for customers, all additional stakeholder and HR Service organization at all locations
  • Recruit, build, manage and develop a team of motivated members for HR Services Transformation as well as build up operational teams in all defined locations and promote team spirit to maximize performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectives
