Reporting to the Transformation Programme Lead , the Business & Transformation Programme Coordinator plays a key role in delivering the directorate’s business change agenda across a diverse range of services and stakeholders.
Your project management, informatic, organisational skills and experience will enable you to support the development, approval and delivery of individual projects.
There is a minimum requirement of 2-3 days onsite working in the Wellingborough office (or other NHFT location in Northamptonshire). This post is not able to be delivered through remote working only.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
You are a confident communicator, able to work as part of team and as an autonomous practitioner. You can analyse and interpret data and information to support the scoping of projects and their benefits, planning a project is something you can do well, you enjoy the variety that comes with working on projects and you are happy to contribute your own ideas. Organising and prioritising your own work or co-ordinating the work of others is a strength. You are inquisitive and want to learn and develop your project management practice.
Typical projects could range from service development, digital technology projects, cost improvement plans and transformation projects.
