ABOUT YOU

You’ll be a great fit for us if:

  • Ideally, you come from a professional services / corporate finance / banking background.
  • You have business valuation and/or financial analysis experience.
  • You have a degree qualification in Business with high level of accounting knowledge.
  • Your interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are strong.
  • You have solid analytical and research skills.
  • Your work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for adding value are strong.
  • You have a commitment to developing skills and working towards certification - It is our intention to develop our business valuers’ skills and capabilities and work toward API certification in Business Valuations and/or completion of CA Business Valuation specialisation course.
  • You have a great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You are ready to add to our workplace culture.

ABOUT THE ROLE

IN YOUR NEW ROLE YOU WILL

  • Conduct valuations of businesses, using various methodologies
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information for analysis.
  • Attend business inspections.
  • Analyse financial statements, market data, and industry trends to determine valuation inputs.
  • Construct, review and amend financial models.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports.
  • Assist in client meetings and presentations, offering expert valuation insights and recommendations.
