A Buyer is responsible for managing strategic suppliers of the business to ensure that customer demands, and service levels are met, and that components and finished goods are procured in an efficient and timely manner while meeting inventory targets.
This role is responsible to identify / resolve any supply chain issues from suppliers.

• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on safe work practices to meet Safety and 5S targets
• Manage strategic suppliers through effective negotiations and long-term relationship building while developing and maintaining metrics of success for all suppliers that account for their performance in quality, service and costs reductions.
• Participate in Glass house to meet TCP target
• Participate in or direct cross functional teams within the organization to implement process improvements or introduce new products.
• Assist in development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures intended to continuously improve the purchasing systems and processes
• Ensure compliance with established Masco Internal Control procedures
