Job Description: As a Buyer, Merchandise for our merchandise team, you will play a vital role in driving our product assortment strategy and ensuring a compelling product offering across multiple sales channels, both online and in-store. Leveraging your expertise in procurement, market trends, and vendor relationships, you will contribute to maximizing sales, optimizing inventory management, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence our merchandise assortment and contribute to our company’s success. This role will either report to the Manager, Merchandise or the Sr Manager, Merchandise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in merchandising (or other applicable roles), with a strong understanding of merchandise procurement.
• Excellent negotiation skills and vendor relationship management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
