Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate material planning and procurement activities to meet sales requirements:
- Solicit and evaluate vendor quotations for each inquiry, engaging in price negotiations as necessary.
- Oversee inventory stocking policies to optimize supply assurance while minimizing inventory holding, utilizing MRP and setting minimum inventory levels.
- Generate and dispatch purchase orders ( PO ) to suppliers for required parts, adhering to the company’s established inventory stocking policies.
- Facilitate the issuance of Certificates of Origin ( COO ) and Certificates of Quantity & Quality ( COQ ) for Genset Assembly.
- Ensure the accuracy of all orders and maintain communication with suppliers via telephone and email for follow-up.
- Coordinate, arrange, and oversee shipments with freight forwarders.
- Monitor delivery schedules with both local and overseas suppliers.
- Proactively track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues related to undelivered goods.
