Description:

We’re looking for an experienced property professional to join Prime Purchase, Savills’ Buying Agency covering the Cotswolds. You’ll have at least five years’ experience and a demonstrable track record of dealing with prime sales transactions.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong ability to influence
  • Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships

  • Good presentation
  • Extensive knowledge of the Cotswolds property market
  • To have bought and or sold property in the prime property market business

  • Advising retained clients on the purchase of residential properties
  • Finding on and off market opportunities, carry out previews with agents and viewing tours with clients
  • Conducting full due diligence on the property and surrounding area
  • Extensive report writing
  • Winning clients and business for yourself and others
  • Supporting team members within the London and Country offices
