We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced C++ Developer/Quant Developer to join our Software Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing applications and components for various parts of our trading systems. Your expertise in C++ will be crucial in writing robust and performant code, while also utilizing Python for scripting and integration tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing applications and components for trading systems using C++
• Writing clean, efficient, and reliable code to ensure system performance
• Utilizing Python for scripting and integration tasks
• Continuously enhancing trading systems to adapt to evolving market needs
• Ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of trading systems
• Providing second-line support for the systems developed, addressing post-deployment issues, and troubleshooting technical challenges
• Taking on first-line support responsibilities during upgrades and new deployments to ensure a seamless transition and prompt issue resolution
• Actively contributing to the efficiency and solidity of technology and operations through collective responsibility and collaboration with team members
• Identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement to stay ahead of electronic trading trends and deliver exceptional results to clients and partners.

Projects you might work on:
As a Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of exciting projects, including but not limited to:
Efficient processing of market data to provide real-time insights for trading decisions
Optimizing trade execution and minimizing latency through efficient order routing
Building frameworks and tools for algorithmic trading strategies
Developing risk management tools to track and manage exposure in trading operations
Exploring and implementing innovative solutions to address challenges in electronic trading.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of deep expertise in C++ development
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and integration tasks
• Experience working in low latency or high throughput environments
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and reliable code
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team.
