C#/Python Front Office Developer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in C#/Python
• Ability to develop, test, and support application solutions (help resolve production issues)
• Experience in numerical/pricing analytics is an advantage
• Business Analysis and requirements capturing skills
• Proficiency in object-oriented (OO) skills
• Experience in unit testing
• Knowledge in Database/SQL
• Team Player and ability to collaborate with a global team
• Positive, delivery-focused attitude

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working on a trading desk
• Knowledge of Fixed Income and derivatives is a plus

EDUCATION:

• A degree in Computer science/engineering/Maths or a related field is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The chosen candidate will be a versatile, diligent, numerate, dynamic, and confident developer tasked to work directly with bustling trading desks.
• The developer will be part of an extremely committed global team, tasked with developing and supporting real-time pricing/analytics capabilities for brokers.
• The role includes producing prices for external distribution to market data vendors.
• The job involves active liaison with Quants and requires a proactive approach to engage with the business/teams to gather further information needed to define/complete tasks within business constraints, using an Agile methodology.
