We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Defense Lawyer to join our team to work in a flexible hybrid environment in Toronto or the GTA, ON, Canada.
Independant handling of insurance defence matters ranging from MVA, slip and fall, subrogation. Works with claims professionals, clients, and counsel. Demanding law office in terms of file handling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years insurance defense experience
• Ability to handle all insurance defense files independently
• Experience in tort and employer based WSIB
• Advanced computer skills for working in a hybrid setting including Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and client service
