REQUIREMENTS

• Good working knowledge of the latest versions of AutoCAD and MicroStation software and a minimum of 5 years “hands on” experience working with both applications
• Experience utilizing tsaADVET DMS software package for managing its drawing database preferred
• Basic working knowledge of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C drawing standards and practices as it relates to a cGMP facility
• Minimum of 5 years discipline specific design experience and a minimum of 5 years discipline specific field verification experience
• Minimum of a two (2) year technical degree
• Experience in a pharmaceutical / FDA-regulated manufacturing environment, or other similarly regulated industries (e.g. nuclear, chemical, petrochemical)
• A solid working knowledge of cGMP and facility/equipment validation requirements.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely in a professional environment.
• Adequate social intelligence and emotional intelligence to coordinate issues between colleagues and outside resources.

FOR US GEOGRAPHY, THE SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS SHOWN BELOW. THE ACTUAL SALARY IS DEPENDENT UPON A VARIETY OF JOB-RELATED FACTORS SUCH AS PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND, TRAINING, WORK EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, BUSINESS NEEDS, MARKET DEMAND, AND COMPETITIVE MARKET PRACTICE. THEREFORE, IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES, THE ACTUAL SALARY COULD FALL OUTSIDE OF THIS EXPECTED RANGE. THIS SALARY RANGE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND MAY BE MODIFIED IN THE FUTURE.

• Manage master record drawings and project drawings for DMS - Falcon tsaADVET database
• Review returned project drawings according to project installation redlines and reconcile project changes back into master record drawings
• Provide field verification as needed for discipline specific drawings and redline according to site standards. Discipline specific subject matter expertise is needed to provide the as-built installation status
• Maintain/update drawings related to regulatory documentation submissions, audit preparation, site security requirements, and change control records
• Maintain and manage the Document Management System (DMS).
• Interacting with business technology partners, SharePoint management and troubleshooting software issues as they arise
