EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Batchelor Degree in Engineering
CAD 2D + SketchUp 3D Proficiency.

• Take the requirement brief from the sales manager / technical manager and prepare best-suited design within the Client’s budget.
• Willingness to redo the designs as per the comments from the client.
• Prepare impressive designs in SketchUp 3D for Client presentation.
• Prepare accurate BOM based on the design.
• Apply finishing materials in the design as per the market trends.
• Schedule the works as per the requirement of the sales team.
• Study and understand fully the specification/ tender requirements and requirements before making the design and further submission to the Estimation dept./Client/Tender procedure.
• To prepare and file As as-built drawings after the completion of each project/work.
• Optimise the usage of material in the design to make the project cost-effective.
