ABOUT US:

Nestled in the heart of Burnside, our Pavilion Cafe is more than just a place to grab a cup of coffee – it’s a vibrant hub where flavours come to life, and connections flourish. We are seeking a seasoned leader to transform our cafe into an iconic destination that resonates with both locals and visitors alike. The Pavilion Cafe is open from 8 am to 4 pm 7 days a week and caters to a range of evening or daytime functions and special events.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As the driving force behind our Pavilion Cafe, you will be the key architect of an extraordinary culinary experience. Your leadership will not only shape the cafe’s atmosphere but also elevate it to new heights, making it the go-to spot for those seeking delicious cuisine, warm ambiance, and memorable moments.

THE CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexibility to work 40-45 hours p.wk over 7 days.
• Proven leadership that fosters performance excellence through KPIs
• Experienced and skilled Barista with machine and coffee knowledge
• First Aid Certificate and Mental Health First Aid Accredited.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and RP Badge.
• Qualification in business, hospitality, or management.
• Financial acumen for rostering, budgeting, and costing.
• Contemporary product and industry knowledge
• WHS and Food Safety Compliance
