Signature Care is looking for an experienced Café Manager to run our in-house café located inside Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care.
The Café is the hub of our beautiful new Aged Care Residence providing a welcoming space for Residents, families, employees and locals.
This will be your opportunity to build a business while enjoying the security of employment within an established business.

We are looking for someone with:

• a warm and engaging personality
• experience in a café environment
• enthusiasm to develop a business

In this role, you will:

• provide a warm and welcoming café environment for Residents, visitors and employees
• increase loyalty and boost the café’s reputation through the provision of excellent menu items and service
• develop menus to reflect the seasons and customer preference
• train new employees and provide on-going training to all café team members

To work in an aged care environment, you must be able to provide:

• evidence of three COVID vaccinations
• a police check showing clearance to work with vulnerable people
• the right to work in Australia
