We’re seeking a hands on, Cafe Operations Manager for a high-0volume Corporate dining account in Boston, MA.
In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision of the food service operation, ensuring the standards of excellence are met. You will supervise associates and support financial responsibilities of the cafe operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience, preferably in cafe operations
- Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
- Proficient digital literacy including MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ServSafe or Department of Health certificatio
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages cafe operations of a high-volume corporate dining facility
- Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.
- Plans, markets, and executes special events/promotions in the cafe
- Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards
- Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- At least 1-3 years of proven experience, preferably in cafe operations
- Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
- Proficient digital literacy including MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification
