THE OPPORTUNITY:
Working a standard 40hr week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.00am-5,00pm, we are looking for a Calibration & Services Technician to join us and develop their career further in this exciting area of the business. Based at our large plant in Hokitika and reporting to our Lead Calibration Technician, this new role will work to maintain all plants and to ensure all process instrumentation equipment complies with calibration standards and/or best practices. The role will also maintain process instrumentation calibration schedules and calibration databases and Westland’s CMMS, and will carry out works in conjunction with automation, electrical, engineering, reliability, and other staff/contractors in all activities concerned with process instrumentation works to ensure plant reliability; and to meet plant/production expectations and Quality/MPI legislative requirements.
