Your Job Purpose:
As a Calibration Coordinator working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Medical Device sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Cork.
This person will organise and schedule Internal, External and Onsite Calibrations for customers. Perform checks on calibration documentation for calibrations that have been completed by an external vendor.

Your Job Description:

  • Organise and schedule Internal, External and Onsite calibrations for customers.
  • Communicate LotusWorks calibration requirements to 3rd party suppliers and review calibration results from 3rd party suppliers.
  • Perform duplicate quality checks of calibrations that have already been performed by other technicians. Document results and file for reference.
  • Assist Quality department in internal audits. Assist in any corrective actions as directed/assigned.
  • Communicate any recommendations to correct/improve SOPs, manuals or policies within the calibration laboratory through the correct pre defined channels.
  • Ensure that laboratory standard instruments are functional and within calibration before each use.
  • Follow LotusWorks Quality Management System.

Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications

  • Diploma in Engineering and Instrumentation or Instrument Apprenticeship or equivalent. and previous relevant experience working as a calibration technician.
