Description:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are recruiting, on behalf of a leading company in financial services related to the purchase of vehicles, a resource who will be responsible for customer care services in support of the sales network of a leading automotive manufacturer, our client.
The team member we are recruiting will be responsible for managing customers in order to:
- process service requests, ensure problem resolution, and contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction index;
- handle inquiries from the sales network regarding credit analysis and evaluation and processing of financing files.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Economics;
- Strong relational and organizational attitudes for an effective relationship with customers;
- Teamwork;
- Accuracy and compliance;
- Initiative and independence;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
- Language’s skills: Italian, English.
Responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide front line support for customers, managing requests and providing helpful information about existing loan agreement, to ensure that customers are satisfied;
- Manage complaints to proactively advise and consult, ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction;
- Collect and analyze customer needs with a view to continuous improvement of the offered service;
- Manage relations with all internal structures for the resolution of complex problems;
- Manage document verification service;
- Verify the compliance and documentation of financing contract requests;
- Contact the sales network when documents integration is needed;
- Manage all the sales network’s requests on document clarification and integration;
- Manage contract’s settlement;
- Manage contract’s review and verification (updating of personal data and contracts).
