Hygea Healthcare is hiring for a Call Center Director for our new call center in Owings Mills, MD. Come join us as we build and expand our services in Maryland! We are looking for energetic and compassionate staff to grow with us as we launch multiple substance use treatment facilities for detox, inpatient, residential and outpatient services in the Baltimore area. We are looking to hire our Call Center Director in late March.

JOB SUMMARY

The Call Center Director oversees all aspects of the Call Center. Manages expectations and provides support to staff. Facilitates educational meetings and understands the needs of the organization in order to provide exceptional service. Provides excellent customer service to patients, families, and providers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Associates Degree
• 5-7 years experience working in and managing a call center environment.
• Ability to work as a member of a management team.
• Knowledge of State and Federal Statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, as demonstrated by active listening, open discussion, giving and receiving constructive and positive feedback, and providing accurate and complete information in a timely manner.
• Strong assessment and analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Facilitation / training skills.
• Exceptional relationship building and networking skills.
