Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ queries (via telephone / email) escalated from Call Centre
- Handle queries from walk-in customers
- Handle first level troubleshooting with regard to the Internet e-services
- Escalating complex queries for superior’s intervention
- Engaging customer in change management campaigns
- Suggest improvements arising from feedbacks or interaction with the customersSubmit daily report in a timely manner
