REQUIREMENTS :
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries via hotline, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer needs and provide prompt, accurate, and satisfactory responses.
- Manage various call types, including:
- Filing claims (over-deductions, failure to exit, double deductions).
- Point-to-point enquiries.
- Making outbound calls to customers who requested callbacks.
- Record conversations accurately in the call center system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs set by management.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with all customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors.
