Description:

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • No experience are welcomed

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries via hotline, email, and other channels.
  • Understand customer needs and provide prompt, accurate, and satisfactory responses.
  • Manage various call types, including:
  • Filing claims (over-deductions, failure to exit, double deductions).
  • Point-to-point enquiries.
  • Making outbound calls to customers who requested callbacks.
  • Record conversations accurately in the call center system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs set by management.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with all customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors.
