Description:

PART TIME PANEL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE - 15 HOURS PER WEEK. WORKING HOURS: TUESDAY TO THURSDAY: 3PM - 8PM OR AS ARRANGED ACCORDINGLY

You will be responsible for telephone contact with Nielsen households. The purpose is to maintain trust, strong cooperation and personal relationships, while gathering information ensuring both quality and security measures are met.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • English proficiency
  • Strong verbal, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent Customer service / relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work outside of the standard working hours
  • Sales / recruitment experience
  • Excellent PC skills (Email, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Result oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements
  • Working hours Tuesday to Thursday: 3pm - 8pm or as arranged accordingly
  • Full training will be provided with the use of company phone and laptop

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong panel member cooperation according to company policies and procedures.
  • Provides clear, courteous and effective telephone support for panel members and Nielsen field staff
  • Collect and report panel data according to policy and procedure.
  • Conduct panel household questionnaire updates as assigned (e.g.recruitment, demographic, lifestyle, privacy agreements, etc.).
  • Invite panel homes to join the Nielsen TAM Panel ensuring all family members are aware of the process.
  • Assist Team members with documentation and administration duties
  • Liaise with quality control, panel management, and field staff to maintain panel quality, cooperation, and performance.
  • Answers incoming queries and escalates to the relevant department .
  • Maintains call center database by entering and updating information.
