This is a business that operates within the Finance Sector offering advice, support & care to the community. Due to vast success, my client is seeking a Call Centre Sales Advisor to join their already successful sales team.
The role is straight-forward and there’s no catch. They want someone to come in, conquer the sales floor and become a leading expert in their sales department and progress their career, the rest will naturally follow.
As a Call Centre Sales Advisor duties will include:
- Detailed and in-depth conversations with customers understanding their circumstances thoroughly
- Offering advice and guidance within the financial sector
- Tailoring the call and approach dependent on the individual and situation
- Handling high volume of calls per day with the ability to take control and obtain key information to define the outcome
- Liaising with other departments within the business when required
- Nurturing and developing relationships to gain trust with our customers
- Handling objections and using effective listening and communicational skills
