This is a business that operates within the Finance Sector offering advice, support & care to the community. Due to vast success, my client is seeking a Call Centre Sales Advisor to join their already successful sales team.
The role is straight-forward and there’s no catch. They want someone to come in, conquer the sales floor and become a leading expert in their sales department and progress their career, the rest will naturally follow.

As a Call Centre Sales Advisor duties will include:

  • Detailed and in-depth conversations with customers understanding their circumstances thoroughly
  • Offering advice and guidance within the financial sector
  • Tailoring the call and approach dependent on the individual and situation
  • Handling high volume of calls per day with the ability to take control and obtain key information to define the outcome
  • Liaising with other departments within the business when required
  • Nurturing and developing relationships to gain trust with our customers
  • Handling objections and using effective listening and communicational skills

They have an internal group of lead generators working vigorously to generate quality leads, so half the job is done before the call has even been passed.
