Working Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 14h30, you’ll lead a team of up to 11 talented sales advisors. With our high-performing part-time sales teams, you’ll have the opportunity to achieve big goals while still enjoying your afternoons for yourself – whether it’s chilling on the beach, doing the school run, or hitting the gym.

• Lead and manage a team of up to 11 individuals
• Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring team members are engaged and inspired to achieve their best
• Utilise your problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain operational efficiency

• Coach and guide team members on compliance with sales regulations and company policies, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices
