CALL FOR EXPERTS – EXTERNAL EVALUATION OF UNITES IMPACT AND METHODOLOGY

Eurocities is seeking an external evaluator for the impact and methodology of UNITES, funded by the EU Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund. Read the full Terms of Reference for this call.

SUGGESTED METHODOLOGY AND BID REQUIREMENTS

The bid should contain a brief background of the applicant and a description of the methodological approach suggested to perform the evaluation.
Given Eurocities previous experience, some evaluation methods and tools which were implemented in the past funding period are proposed below.

Responsibilities:

The objective of this contract is to assess the impact and methodology of UNITES. Specifically, the tasks listed below:

  • Task 1 – to assess to what extent UNITES achieved the objectives and impact defined in Annex I of this call.
  • Task 2 – to assess the effectiveness of the mutual learning methodology implemented under UNITES and draw up some lessons learnt and feedback (see Annex I).
  • Task 3 – to draw up recommendations on how to continue and where necessary adapt the project’s approach to knowledge transfer. The recommendations will inform the technical proposal for a new project proposal.
