To develop and ensure effective multi-disciplinary team working across a range of provision.Seek out and develop relationships with key internal and external partners to represent the services interests and to facilitate the exchange of information.To provide informed managerial advice to the service.To work with the CAMHS Leadership Team to develop and implement performance management systems and processes and to ensure that performance can be monitored against key performance indicators of the Trust and Directorate.Demonstrate a high degree of professional skill, competency and knowledge in the area of mental health.Use analytical thinking, decision making and leadership skills to ensure a high quality patient experienceDevelop effective partnership working with the Clinical Lead and Administrative Lead to ensure clear and well communicated expectations of others
