Description:

Are you an experienced Nurse, looking for a varied role where you can develop skills in both inpatient and community? Are you keen to be part of a new model of care?
We are a unique and modern day-hospital CAMHS service based in Wokingham looking for a band 6 Nurse to join us on either a full or part time basis.
Our service provides interventions for young people with complex mental health issues requiring tier-4 level care, but who benefit from a more flexible, community-based approach.
In this role you will work with young people who use our service during the day as well as doing outreach visits and offering home support to patients and their families. This gives you a rare opportunity to develop skills in both inpatient and community at the same time.
As an innovative CAMHS service we strongly support the development of our clinicians and can offer you both internal and external training whist giving you the opportunity in the role to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
The service operates Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00 and 09:00 – 17:00 at weekends and you will work on a rota basis doing averagely one weekend per month.
