Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the effective administration and maintenance of the AMOS software application, ensuring its optimal availability, reliability and performance
  • Monitor the AMOS application, identifying and resolving any issues or disruptions promptly to minimize operational downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements related to AMOS functionality and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead and participate in the development and implementation of system upgrades, patches and enhancements to continuously improve AMOS performance and capabilities
  • Provide end-user support on AMOS functionalities, troubleshooting user issues and ensuring efficient utilization of the system
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed, maintaining effective relationships and ensuring timely delivery of AMOS-related services
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AMOS performance, usage and user satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions
  • Proactively identify potential risks and security vulnerabilities within the AMOS application, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate and address them
