We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our growing company and play a key role in our customer experience by ensuring each purchase ends in a smile!
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Services and Category Management, The Campaign Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic multi-channel marketing plans (radio, TV, digital, etc.) to drive sales and traffic in our stores and on our online platforms, and ensuring that our marketing plans meet our key marketing imperatives while strengthening our market leadership position.

THE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE LIKE TO SEE:

  • Marketing-related university degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in marketing, in a 360 agency, or in retail
  • Experience leading marketing efforts along with proven experience in organizing and managing multi-channels campaigns, promoting products/services, and planning and executing marketing strategies.
  • Familiar in process and project management and a proven track record of working with teams of diverse professionals (agencies, consultants, creative and production teams, sales teams).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders in professional and tactful manner.
  • Ability to manage competing projects and deadlines with proper prioritization and execution.
  • Analytical skills to identify the causes of a problem, propose and develop a solution, then implement it effectively, while anticipating potential problems and taking proactive measures to mitigate its impact
  • Developed interpersonal and communication skills to work on complex projects in collaboration with team members, agencies and other partners, as well as to motivate direct collaborators
  • Ability to express opinions and back them up with facts
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and strict deadlines
  • Be a team player with the ability to influence, build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve alignment
  • Comfortable with current marketing, social and digital trends
  • Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback on creative work, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in analyzing visual and conceptual aspects of creative projects, offering insights to enhance quality and effectiveness.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to assess the creative merit and alignment with project objectives, contributing to the overall success of initiatives.
  • Experience in collaborating with creative teams, providing guidance and direction while maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Demonstrated capability to articulate feedback effectively, fostering growth and improvement in creative processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our strategic partners to create and execute unique marketing plans across multiple media channels to support our business needs and objectives
  • Lead projects and participate in the development of campaigns that provide new reasons to buy and that create meaningful connections with consumers and build brand loyalty
  • Make proactive recommendations for new initiatives that will help promote sleep wellness and establish our sleep expertise and credibility
  • Ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently, on time and on budget, while aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, while supporting numerous cross-functional initiatives
  • Implement and execute strategic marketing plans for Sleep Country
  • Measure post-campaign results and develop recommendations to improve and advance future initiatives through analysis of quarterly brand health results and market trends
  • Collaborate with diverse teams of professionals (advertising agencies, consultants, media teams, sales teams, etc.) to deploy marketing initiatives that will drive traffic and sales in our stores and on our online platforms
  • Maintain, due to the complex nature of the multi-channel media flow, a constant watch to ensure that all campaign elements are of high quality and delivered on time
