Toast is building out a New Ventures business unit with the goal of researching, developing, and scaling a new generation of products and business lines that can have a substantial impact on Toast’s long-term growth. We are searching for an experienced campaign operations manager to help us with our new strategic brand focused advertising initiatives. Ideally, you have a strong background in digital advertising and a track record of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

  • Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns for key Toast partners.
  • Lead the development of best in class reporting practices for our campaigns on Toast’s infrastructure.
  • Conduct market research and analyze/interpret campaign data to present results to our advertising partners.
  • Manage inventory estimates, campaign pacing and launch timelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, identifying areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, and clients to operationalize campaigns; responsibilities include managing creatives, inventory, pacing, optimization and reporting.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Facilitate communication with clients, including scheduling and leading meetings, answering questions, and providing regular updates and reports on campaign performance.
  • Query campaign performance data and metrics from various sources.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field or related work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on campaign management.
  • Good understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tiktok Ads and Programmatic Advertising.
  • Experience with campaign optimization, account management, and ad targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and organize thought out presentations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be located in the Ontario, British Colombia or Alberta Providences.

  • Experience in an early stage technology startup.
