To strengthen our Employer & Clinical branding team’s campaigns, we’re searching for a Campaign- SoMe- Platform superstar to join our team, working within our Northern Europe region.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Solid understanding of the process to deliver a campaign from brief to production to a live campaign
  • Experience setting up, monitoring and adjusting campaigns in various business managers
  • Thorough understanding of social media and online platforms
  • Experience with project management in all phases of campaign planning and production
  • Experience with analysis and reporting of social media performance data (e.g. in Google Analytics, Power Bi, Brandwatch etc.)
  • Have a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Possess a natural sense of urgency
  • Great at managing stakeholders
  • Have a sharp eye for details

Responsibilities:

Your new workday will consist of many exciting tasks, for example:

  • Contributing to planning and executing the campaigns plan targeting all our target groups (potential employees)
  • Identifying and planning the purpose/scope and channel strategy
  • Acting as the coordinating contact point and project lead regarding preparation, production, and traffic management plans
  • Act as subject matter expert for all levels within Northern Europe making sure that relevant information is shared between the relevant teams
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing our paid media planning, benchmarking to KPI’s, and continuously improving our data and reporting setup and procedures
  • Ongoing development and optimization of the paid social media plans: targeting, budgeting, testing on all owned platform
