What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development, co-ordination and execution of a variety of marketing campaigns, from conception through to evaluation, as part of our strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders concerning our specialist marketing campaigns.
  • Craft compelling campaign memos to ensure seamless communication across the business.
  • Conduct thorough market research and post-campaign analysis to gauge success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Spearhead Local Area Marketing efforts, providing unmatched support and coordination to our venues.
  • Handle venue requests for all marketing activities and materials with a customer-first approach.
  • Advise and maintain effective communication with Centre Management, ensuring a harmonious partnership.

What You’ve Got

Essential

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the entertainment industry.
  • A proven multitasker with a track record of engaging in a broad spectrum of marketing activities and campaigns.
  • An eagerness to learn and continuously develop professional skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a flair for both internal and external communications.
  • A hands-on approach and a readiness to dive into all aspects of the business.
  • A strong customer service ethos, with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and project management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Residence in Sydney, with a preference for candidates able to work from our Alexandria-based Support Office.
  • Comfortable collaborating with internal and external agencies, with prior experience highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role within a hospitality/entertainment or customer-focused setting is a plus.
