You are responsible for operational content management (such as copywriting) and advise your customers in various email marketing tools (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or Selligent), implement high-performance e-mail marketing campaigns and supervise them You control feedback loops, coordinate and implement translations You carry out quality assurance You always have the editorial plans of your customers in view and develop target group-specific texts as well as meaningful headlines You work out reports in order to derive recommendations for action and test scenarios and thus optimize the ongoing e-mail marketing measures of your customers.
