We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Campaigns Operations Officer.

Qualifications

  • <= 2 years of work experience. Fresh graduates of Statistics, Industrial/Management Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields, are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis; business management a plus
  • Customer driven with a strong focus on quality of service
  • Capability to work with a high performing team
  • Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
  • Attain any internal standards as required by HSBC MN

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the Campaign Analytics Manager for Acquisition to implement Acquisition and Retentions strategic initiatives; Initiatives can be varied in nature, but can include people engagement, driving business performance, coordination tasks and ad hoc projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely run of Acquisition and Retention regular and adhoc sales monitoring MI, leads extraction, monitoring and campaign fulfilment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of customer notifications and triggers sent across various channels covering servicing, fraud monitoring and marketing/sales purposes.
  • Automate & streamline existing bank scripts to execute CRMs and direct to customer campaigns & notifications.
  • Regular review to identify key risks, issues and interdependencies. Determine and apply appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Adhere to the HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal /external auditors and external regulators.
  • Drive and manage the appropriate contact policy per customer touchpoint to maximize response, maximize customer response and minimize callout, SMS & email marketing opt-out & customer complaints.
  • Ensure that the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation.   • Continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business by:
  • taking into account the changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology;
  • ensuring that all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring;
  • addressing any areas of concern in conjunction with line management and/or the appropriate department.
  • Manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting.
