We are looking for a Campus Marketing Specialist – Employer Branding (80 - 100%) to partner with the business and to drive long-term value for our clients and our people through attracting and hiring the right talents.

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement innovative campus marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among students and promote our organization as an employer of choice
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and design targeted event campaigns to attract the best talent from our target universities in Switzerland
  • Partner with universities and student organizations to build strong relationships and expand our presence on these campuses
  • Plan and execute campus events, career fairs, workshops, and informational sessions to engage with students and showcase our brand and career opportunities.
  • Support the creation of branded marketing materials, including brochures, posters, digital content, and social media campaigns, tailored to the student and graduate audience
  • Track and analyze marketing initiatives’ performance metrics, including ROI, to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
  • Manage campus ambassador programs and student engagement initiatives to build brand advocacy among student communities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, campus recruiting best practices, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for employer branding.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communications, or a related field in a similar international environment
  • Prior experience in campus recruiting, employer branding, or marketing is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with students and university staff
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create innovative campus marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing analytics to report, advise and optimize on results
  • Knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, events, and best practices in Switzerland
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to travel (within Switzerland) and work select evenings in order to participate in events
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are a prerequisite
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
