Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Campus Services Lead to represent Sodexo services across various campus spaces at the Stevenage Campus. The successful candidate will lead department managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance with Sodexo standards. Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and monitor the performance of all Sodexo services across campus spaces, ensuring continuous improvement to meet contractual agreements.- Support the Senior Operations Manager (Campus) in providing direction, motivation, and skill development for operational teams.- Act as a visible, approachable Campus Lead for Sodexo operatives, resolving operational issues diplomatically and effectively.- Ensure the safety, legal compliance, and functionality of all assets managed by Sodexo at the Stevenage Campus.- Collaborate with the Sodexo Leadership Team to define and maintain consistent best practices.- Line manage direct reports to optimize performance and encourage development.- Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction through leadership of department managers.- Maximize customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with site client representatives and customers.- Manage staff training and development, ensuring compliance with Sodexo procedures, health and safety regulations, and legislative requirements.- Adhere to all GSK compliance and audit processes and procedures.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining strong relationships.- Engage with customers and colleagues diplomatically, sensitively, and assertively to clarify needs and implement appropriate responses. Requirements:Essential- Commercial skills and experience in managing large and diverse workforces.- Thorough knowledge of the FM industry.- Extensive experience in customer service.
