We are recruiting for a Canada Sales Manager. This is a tremendous opportunity for individuals who appreciate working on a highly interactive, engaged, and supportive surgical sales team. Position Description:

As a Canada Sales Manager, you are an energetic, hands on and self-motivated leader. You enjoy support your team in different settings, mainly the Operating room to support Doctor’s interactions. You support your team to develop strong relationships at all hospital levels. You make sure your team follows up on all leads. As a product expert, you are the first point of contact of your team to answer products questions and/or give the right guide to contact the right team for support. You understand surgeons and their team’s needs. You will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities and responsibilities:

  • Accomplished the annual revenue plan and goals for Canada
  • Manage the full line of Applied Medical products available in Canada
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and contacts with customers.
  • Provide the highest levels of support and service to the Canada Sales Team
  • Lead and develop the Canada sales team.
  • Assure open communication with the team and provide assertive guidance.
  • Establish business relationships at decision making level with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with health professionals in clinical situations (operating rooms, medical practices, and clinics), to understand and deliver the necessary advice.
  • Ensure compliance of the team in all areas and based on regulations and Applied medical Core values.
  • Assure highest degree of professionalism of Canada Sales team members.
  • Expand our brand awareness and market presence in the Canadian Health Sector.

Position Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 + years of medical/surgical sales experience, operating room experience is plus.
  • You have demonstrated experience in leading teams of sales high performance team.
  • You have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • You are a driven and enthusiastic team and process leader.
  • Preferably based on Toronto.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the monthly working time
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in science, business, or nursing. MBA is a plus.
  • CRM process and system extensive knowledgeable and adoption.
  • Applied Medical Field Team Members must be able to meet third party credentialing requirements, which may include but are not limited to COVID-19 vaccination.

  • Identify opportunities in the market and discuss with management.
  • Supervise market trends, including competitors, device growth and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with other teams and areas to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in workshops or congresses when support is requested.
