Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey invites applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor level, tenure track faculty position with a research focus in cancer pharmacology including structure-guided drug discovery, DNA-encoded library screening, PROTAC and other innovative small molecule drug discovery technologies, or therapeutic antibody engineering and development. Our Cancer Pharmacology Research Program offers an exciting, collaborative research environment with attractive packages available for qualified candidates. New faculty are expected to establish or support an innovative, independent, and collaborative research program addressing important, fundamental questions in the areas of Cancer Pharmacology and Drug Discovery.

Qualified candidates must have a PhD and/or MD, outstanding academic credentials, and a history or strong potential for grant funding. Rank will be commensurate with experience. The academic appointment will be within the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and located in New Brunswick, NJ. Faculty members are expected to support the educational goals of the school, engaging in teaching activities for medical students and residents, as well as delivering targeted lectures in their area of expertise.
