We are looking to hire a Capacity Analyst to drive IT infrastructure projects for our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank . The incumbent should have past exposure / background driving infrastructure projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current and future infrastructure needs.
- Work closely with IT and operations teams to align capacity planning with business objectives.
- Perform budgeting of equipment and devices, analysis.
- Raising PO and tracking server delivery
- Responsible for inventory management of computer and storage infrastructure devices
- Ensuring the sources of records are correct and up to date.
- Manage re-deployable server and ensure that they are used effectively.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any cost issues promptly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Coordinate and work with multiple project managers to understand project requirements.
- Purchase/build/deliver server and storage meeting those requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of capacity-related contracts, agreements, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports to management on capacity utilization, cost savings, and vendor performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and technologies.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and compliance considerations.
