Skills required:

• University degree in sciences, mathematical background preferred
• 5-7 years of professional experience in reporting & analytics, business operations, capacity/production planning or similar role
• Strong analytical and data processing skills (Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in the multicultural environment
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.
• Detail oriented, driven, organized, focused, leadership. Be able to prioritize. System thinker, analytical.
• SAP/ APO-SAP, Business Intelligence, VBA experience will be additional advantage
• Fluency in English verbal and writte

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

• Maintaining and optimizing capacity model for New Factory including at least 12 months future time horizon
• Collecting, monitoring and updating key capacity model inputs for European factory in close cooperation with Supervisors, Operations Managers, EMEA Master Planner, Engineering, Training Department and others
• Providing capacity gap/restrictions analysis for the weekly, monthly and yearly horizon with recommendations for solutions to alleviate negative/positive predicted gap (process improvement, HC redistribution, etc.)
• Responsible for carefully organizing the workload in APO-SAP, consolidating data from different departments.
• Cooperate with Master Planner EMEA on production scenario crafting (considering various scenarios for different possible circumstances in the future)
• Collecting, monitoring and reporting out production operations metrics and planning indicators. Flagging potential problems observed and coordinating efforts to resolve issues with proper process owners
