REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a focus on sports.
• Experience creating multi-format content (text, image, video) relevant to various sports.
• Strong understanding of sports analytics, fan engagement strategies, and brand building.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of WordPress Websites
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and capable of translating insights into action.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, particularly on game days and during sports seasons.
• Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute social media strategies that reflects our brand’s vision and the excitement of the sports we cover.
• Create and publish engaging, sports-related content on all social media platforms
• Ensure that all articles are scheduled and shared in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Sales and production teams to drive campaigns and sponsorships.
• Engage actively with followers across platforms to foster a strong community.
• Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, assess performance, and optimize content.
• Stay current with sports events, trends, and fan sentiments to ensure timely and relevant content.
