Description:

As the Director CapEx Portfolio Management in our Global Engineering Nutrition – TechOps Unit, you will define and establish standardized project management frameworks, facilitate project approval processes, compile business cases, and optimize portfolio information systems. You’ll also prepare regular and ad hoc project reports for various stakeholders, manage project finances, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, you’ll support the implementation of global initiatives and manage the tracking of Site Master Plans, as well as the organization of the resource management.
Your assignments

  • Definition and establishment of a standardized Project Management Framework for strategic CapEx Projects & Programs (best practices, ISPE Project Management methodology)
  • Facilitation of the CapEx project approval process
  • Compilation of business cases for CapEx strategic projects
  • Implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Portfolio Information systems
  • Definition and preparation of regular and ad hoc CapEx Project Portfolio Reports (including project metrics)
  • Management of CapEx Portfolio finances, risks, and issues
  • Structured planning and tracking of Gate Reviews for strategic investment projects
  • Maintenance of IT Systems

Your profile

  • University degree in a related field
  • More than 5 years working experience with knowledge in project and program management, preferably in operations
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, finance processes, and IT
  • Structured, proactive approach to work
  • Analytical, logical, and results-oriented thinking
  • Intercultural experience, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in teams
