The role of the Group Property Multi-Site Programs Delivery Lead is to understand, translate and effectively deliver solutions to enable the business strategies, together with identifying key requirements and solutions for the development of Minor Works Programs. The programs must be delivered to the satisfaction of the business without diminishing customer or employee experience, as well as achieving budget, schedule and quality and OH&S requirements.
The role leverages delivery partnerships & specialist expertise to cohesively deliver the programs’ requirements, and works collaboratively with the Strategy and End User Experience teams in particular, to provides key insights enabling continuous improvements and evolution of the programs delivery.
The role will utilise strong stakeholder management skills, pragmatic complex project management acumen, and property experience delivering multi-site programs of work concurrently.
What will your day look like

Responsibilities:

Working collaboratively with the End User Experience and Strategy teams and partners to ensure approved programs of work are implemented within agreed time, cost, OH&S and quality parameters.
Plan and oversee the delivery of the operational expenditure and minor works investment programs in line with the Group’s strategic priorities.
Initiate and manage value optimisation activities to decrease program delivery and ongoing operational costs
Proactively develop and manage the relationships within Group Property, Retail, Finance and other internal business units, as well as with property services delivery partners, such that their expectations are met and/or exceeded.
Oversee and manage effective stakeholder engagement, maintaining consistent, clear and concise communication with the business units, either directly or through the appropriate communities.
First Point of contact for management of issues/complaints escalated by end-users (Customers or staff) where it relates to the delivery of key works within the Multi-Site or Minor Works programs.
Escalation point of contact for Facility Management team for operational issues
Develop and provide appropriate reporting on programs delivery and performance
Assist to develop and continually evolve strong Property processes, manuals and templates in conjunction with regional property teams
Implement and maintain agreed governance procedures and project administration demonstrating value and risk management across projects and programs
Ensure programs are delivered in keeping with established property design guidelines.
Actively contribute to an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.
Work collaboratively with Customers, Facilities Managers, Leasing Managers & delivery partners to ensure program expectations are met.
Provide Superior Personnel Management for all external delivery service providers.
Responsible for full compliance with group property guidelines and all relevant statutory codes.
Ensure all BU activities as they relate to property meet statutory codes, group policies and guidelines. Where deviations detected, provided trusted advisory services and take appropriate action to rectify and prevent reoccurrence.
Pre-empting potential risks, proactively putting in place plans to mitigate risks identified

Solid understanding of property project delivery contracts, and good knowledge base of sourcing and procurement of products and/or services from vendors and other suppliers. This includes compliance with Group policy and internal standards as well as monitoring the performance and financial impacts of the contracts for products and services.
Creative problem solving approach, a growth mindset, and a genuine interest in innovation and continuous improvement
Strong performance in the knowledge and use of various technology and software tools used to manage, govern and report on the programs (including Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel and Teams, as well as PPM or similar.
