CAPTURE MANAGER

Logically is looking for a Capture/Proposal manager who has experience and drive to work the end to end life cycle from capture to bid submission. Applicants will be required to work across the company and with prospective clients to build a winning strategy to capture new work and then lead and manage proposal preparations. This is done by:
Understanding the federal government procurement process
Relationship building with federal government procurement officers
Understanding the grant procurement process
Assisting in writing proposals and business development materials
Preparing and advising marketing materials
Explain software to both technical and non-technical users and potential clients
Work across areas such as business development, engineering, and delivery
Requirements:
Ability to travel approximately once per quarter
Ability to attend conferences and meetings in support of business development
Capacity to understand and explain software to both technical and non-technical users
Background in writing bids for both government and non-governmental opportunities.
Experience with government procurement websites and tools.
Candidates without a government security clearance must be willing to submit the required information in order to obtain and hold a clearance.
The incumbent is required to be in the office one day per week and attend meetings in the greater Washington, D metro area.
Candidates must live within commuting distance to Arlington, VA.
Preferred Experience:
Candidates should have a working knowledge of such concepts as cognitive warfare, information operations, influence campaigns, propaganda, disinformation, and misinformation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models
Active security clearance.
