Description:

Salary: (uncapped) OTE upwards of £40,000 per annum
Hours: 44.25 hours per week, Monday to Sunday as per rota
Location: Norton Way Peugeot, Works Road, Letchworth, Herts SG6 1NT

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • A full manual driving licence is essential
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
  • The ability to listen, understand and interpret customer needs
  • Motivation and determination to meet and exceed set minimum standards
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Office Packages

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve set targets and sales objectives, and accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales
  • Chasing up on the progress on sold orders and using the database for customer follow-ups in order to maximise sales
  • To appraise, verify and negotiate the purchase of part-exchange vehicles
  • Ensure all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional information is obtained and understood
