SALES MANAGER VACANCY - LEAMINGTON SPA MAIN DEALER

• Salary: £35,000 (OTE £55,000)
• 5 day working week
• No Sundays
• Company Car Included
• Criteria: Previous as a Retail Manager, General Manager, Sales Manager or similar within the industry.
  My client is an established main dealer in the Leamington Spa area. They are actively seeking an integral member of the senior management Team, Head of Sales, to join their successful motor trade Company. Ideally you’ll come from a Sales Management background within the automotive industry

Candidate Requirements for the Sales Manager vacancy:

• Proven track record in a senior sales managerial position within a franchise dealership.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence

• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring that every sales inquiry follows the Company’s sales process.
• Efficiently manage available resources to achieve business objectives, including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer loyalty, and others. Adjust strategies as needed.
• Analyse diverse data sets for swift, decisive, and effective decision-making to enhance departmental operations and achieve outstanding results.
• Set clear objectives for all employees, aligning them with departmental and business goals.
• Foster a consultative and supportive working environment for employees within your business area.
